Introduction

Feasters mission (hereinafter we, us, feaster, feaster.ca) is to bring together a multitude of actors taking part in the events in order to facilitate the search for talent for public or private events. We want this service to allow our users (you, the customer) to save time, discover new talent and retain the services of an artist, master of ceremonies, bartender or any other person. We believe that Feaster offers a win-win solution for both users and participating service providers. In order to offer such a service, we must earn the trust of everyone involved, including you. To do this, we explain below explicitly how our service works, how and why Feaster uses your personal data, why your information is safe with us and, finally, to whom and under what circumstances we will share your information

How the service works

The service we offer is simple. Once registered as a user, which will require a valid email address and your full name, you will be able to browse our platform to discover our suppliers and you will have the option to apply filters for your search. Upon your request only, we will distribute your request for information/inquiry for quotation/request for reservation to any organization or supplier from whom you make an express call for services. Feaster may not, under any circumstances, transform, modify, change or make any modification to the information you transmit to us. Similarly, Feaster will only notify the organizations and suppliers you have selected

The security of your personal information is a priority for us. To do this, we have built a system whose main objective is security. Your personal information is kept securely on Site Ground servers, which is among the most secure systems currently available. You can learn more about how Site Ground integrates data security best practices via this link: http://www.siteground.com/datacenters.

If you have more questions about how our service works, please contact us directly by email at info@feaster.ca.
